Rev Paul Jeyachandran is a Bible teacher, leadership developer, multiplication coach, conference speaker, and author passionate about making disciples, mobilising leaders, and multiplying movements. Having trained leaders in more than 30 nations, Paul brings a global perspective to discipleship and leadership development. His online leadership and discipleship institute has equipped over 100,000 leaders worldwide, while his Bible teaching reaches millions each month through television networks, social media, YouTube, podcasts, and other digital platforms.
As the architect of the 6D Leadership Pathway, Paul mentors senior pastors, movement leaders, and business owners to clarify their God-given assignment, scale their impact, and multiply their influence. Through the R.I.V.E.R. Framework, he helps churches, ministries, and organisations overcome stagnation, build healthy cultures, and move from maintenance to multiplication.
Whether through leadership conferences, strategic roundtables, executive mentoring, online training, or practical resources, Paul equips leaders and organisations to fulfil their God-given mission with clarity, courage, and multiplying impact.
